The International Journal of Health Concord (IHC) is an open-access journal, providing unrestricted access to all published articles, allowing readers worldwide to freely read, download, and share content.

To support the open-access publishing model, IHC charges an Article Processing Charge (APC) to cover editorial services, article production, online hosting, indexing, and customer support. The APC is only payable after a manuscript is formally accepted for publication.

• APC amount: IDR 450,000 for Indonesian authors; waived (USD 0) for all international authors.
• Other fees: No submission fees, editorial processing charges, page charges, or colour charges apply.
• Waiver conditions: International authors automatically receive a full waiver; no additional conditions apply.
• Withdrawal fees: No charges apply if a manuscript is withdrawn before acceptance.
