License Policy

The International Journal of Health Concord (IHC) (e-ISSN: 3090-8884) is an open-access journal licensed under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License (CC BY 4.0). This license allows users to read, download, copy, redistribute, adapt, remix, and build upon the content, including for commercial purposes, provided that proper attribution is given to the original authors and source.

As a Gold Open Access journal, all articles are freely available online immediately upon publication, in line with the Budapest Open Access Initiative (BOAI). Users may use the content for any lawful purpose without prior permission from the authors or publisher.

Copyright

Authors retain full copyright of their manuscripts and published articles. By submitting to IHC, authors grant the Publisher an irrevocable, non-exclusive license to publish the article in electronic and print formats and to identify itself as the original publisher.

Authors also grant the Publisher the right to produce hardcopy volumes for sale to libraries and individuals. Any third party may freely use the article, including preprints, figures, tables, datasets, and supplementary materials, as long as proper attribution is provided.

All articles and associated materials are distributed under the CC BY 4.0 License, which permits:

  • Share: copy and redistribute the material in any medium or format
  • Adapt: remix, transform, and build upon the material for any purpose, including commercial use

Conditions:

  • Attribution: Credit must be given to the original author(s), a link to the license included, and changes indicated.
  • No additional restrictions: Legal or technological restrictions cannot be applied to limit others from using the work under CC BY.

Copyright Transfers

If required by institutional or company policies, authors may transfer copyright to their institution/company. In such cases, the following statement should be included in the manuscript:

“The researcher’s copyright for this publication is transferred to the institution/company.”

Even in such cases, the article remains licensed under CC BY 4.0, allowing free reuse, distribution, adaptation, and commercial use with proper attribution. The publisher does not apply “all rights reserved” to any published article.
